Where is the Life we have lost in living? Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge? Where is the knowledge we have lost in information?
T. S. Eliot

After few hundred years of progress, we finally arrived at the bottom of knowledge. In other words, we divided knowledge into fragments, and scattered bits and pieces across the landscape. Data bits are essential building blocks of techne and their role is equivalent to a grain of sand. Configured bits generate structure, we call information. And finally, what we call knowledge is substance made out of informatic structure. Today, information-based knowledge is stored into archives (print, digital) and accessible to (almost) everyone. Despite, we confront an inconvenient truth: the inability to learn.

Wisdom is complementary to knowledge, in the same way the spirit is in opposition to ratio. Wisdom accounts for existence, in other words, wisdom rejects “knowledge”. This explains why wisdom is closer to intuition than to logics.

The ultimate erudition happens at (what we currently call) the “quantum” level, which contains all elements mentioned above, including contradiction.

Quantum conscience is a turning point in which knowledge gets undone, and it continues to operate with no further division among realms, technology, senses, experience, literacy and learning.
